There's an old saying not make mountains out of mole hills,
but so often we make mole hills out of the Mountain that is our true
self.
See if you can bring Tadasana, mountain pose, off your mat and into
your life practice. Stand tall in all your majestic splendor. It's so
much harder to see life's little problems, when you're gazing down
from a mountain top.
Meditation
I extend my gaze outward,
and see the sun, the sky, the sea.
I turn my gaze inward,
and see the universe.
